AZ Truck Drivers & Owner Operators

Full-Time / Contract • Cross-Border • Dedicated Lanes

Valaro Inc is actively hiring experienced professional AZ Company Drivers and Single Owner Operators for dedicated line-haul and cross-border Canada-USA routes.

Driver Pay & Earning Potential:

AZ Company Drivers: $0.60 per mile + Quarterly Safety Bonuses
Single Owner Operators: $1.90 per mile + Commercial WSIB coverage
Consistent Miles: 2,500 to 3,200+ dedicated miles per week
Extra Pay: Paid waiting time, layovers, multiple drops and pickups
Tolls & Transponders: 100% covered by company (Pre-Pass provided)
Benefits: Extended medical & dental coverage after 3 months
Settlements: Prompt bi-weekly direct deposit or cheque

Requirements:

Valid Class A/Z driver’s license in good standing
Clean CVOR & Driver Abstract (dated within last 30 days)
3+ years verifiable commercial tractor-trailer driving experience
FAST card or valid passport for seamless US cross-border entry
Positive safety-first mindset and strong communication skills

Freight Dispatcher

Full-Time • Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Burlington / GTA

Immediate opening for an energetic, detail-oriented Freight Dispatcher. Responsible for dispatching our fleet, coordinating cross-border line-haul, planning LTL assemblies, and liaising with freight brokers.

Core Responsibilities:

Dispatch pickups, line-hauls, and delivery schedules to drivers
Utilize Loadlink and freight boards to secure optimal FTL and LTL freight
Plan, consolidate, and route 53' dry van loads for maximum efficiency
Track shipment progress and verify strict on-time delivery
Maintain accurate documentation: Rate Confirmations, BOLs, PODs
Maintain professional relations with freight brokers and shippers

Qualifications:

2+ years hands-on freight dispatch experience in North American trucking
Solid understanding of cross-border customs regulations and hours of service (HOS)
Proficiency with TMS software, load boards, and MS Office
Exceptional multi-tasking skills and composure under pressure
Enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative team mindset
